House Bill 27 required counties to change the names of precincts to match a naming convention designated by the Lieutenant Governor. Summit County accomplished that by adding 22 to the name of each precinct. We had to modify the names further to keep the number of digits below the thresholds set by our contractors.
Summit County has a great online Interactive Map that helps our community identify their voting district -- all they have to do is type in their address! See Precinct Maps, HERE.
You can also check your precinct by looking up your voter registration at vote.utah.gov.
